Brenda Stephens

Brenda is a strong and passionate professional Latina business woman who cares about people and has all of her life. This is the reason she has worked in Human Resources for over 20+ years helping all levels of personnel and management internationally and for a variety of American industries such as manufacturing, retail, hospitality and oil, from small to major corporations.


Her love for people and communication also caused her to work after hours teaching Spanish at a local community college. At every company and HR position she has held, Brenda was the translator for English-Spanish.


Brenda not only has 20+ years of experience to offer. She also has several college degrees in the field of HR. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Industrial Labor Relations at Carabobo University in Venezuela and her Master's of Science degree in Occupational Adult Education with concentration in Human Resources Management from Oklahoma State University. Brenda believes in continuing education and will be pursuing her PHD beginning in 2020.


Brenda is a proud Venezuelan & American Citizen who is dedicated and passionate about helping HR departments achieve success within their companies. She is creative at solving problems and believes in being proactive in fixing areas of concern before they become problems.


She is optimistic and positive with the people she meets and works with and is always honest about everything while being sensitive to everyone. You can count on Brenda and her associates and team of HR consultants to not only solve your HR challenges but to FIX them.
